EIP is growing, and we’re looking for an Estimator to join our team in Oberlin, OH. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with numbers and technical drawings, and collaborating with a hands-on manufacturing team, this could be a great opportunity.

This role helps turn customer drawings and project specs into accurate manufacturing cost estimates. Estimating experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train someone with a strong manufacturing or technical background who’s eager to learn.

What You’ll Do

* Prepare cost estimates for manufacturing projects

* Review blueprints, CAD drawings, and customer specs

* Calculate material, labor, and production costs

* Work with sales, engineering, purchasing, and production teams

* Support customer quotes and project planning

What We’re Looking For

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

* Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

* Manufacturing or technical experience preferred

* Comfortable with Excel and Microsoft Office

* Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
