Location: Easley/Greenville, SC
Pay: $25.00–$35.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime required)

As a MIG Welder, you'll fabricate and assemble structural steel components used in industrial racking and storage systems while maintaining high quality and production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding on structural steel components, including beams, uprights, braces, and other racking products.
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructions.
Set up and adjust welding equipment for various material thicknesses.
Ensure proper weld penetration, alignment, and structural integrity.
Inspect completed welds to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
Assist with fitting, staging, and assembling materials prior to welding.
Work closely with production teams to meet daily production goals.
Identify and communicate quality or equipment concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
Required Qualifications:
1–3+ years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Experience welding structural steel.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
Experience using tape measures, squares, gauges, and other measuring tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience welding pallet racking, structural steel, or material handling equipment.
Previous experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing facility.
AWS welding certification or equivalent is a plus.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and required PPE.
