As a therapist-owned organization, we provide dedicated CF supervision, personalized mentorship, and a collaborative clinical team invested in helping you become a confident Speech-Language Pathologist.

Whether you're interested in working with pediatric patients, adults, or a combination of both, we'll help you build a caseload that aligns with your interests.

What We Offer
  • Up to $75 per visit (DOE)
  • Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
  • No minimum caseload requirement for part-time clinicians

Clinical Fellowship Support

Your Clinical Fellowship is one of the most important years of your career, and we're committed to making it a positive experience.

You'll receive:

  • Individualized mentorship from an experienced CF Supervisor
  • The opportunity to meet your supervisor before accepting the position
  • At least the ASHA-required supervision, including a minimum of six hours of direct observation and six hours of indirect supervision during each required segment
  • Ongoing support from your Rehab Supervisor and clinical leadership team
  • Access to experienced clinicians specializing in feeding therapy, AAC, medically complex patients, and pediatric home health
About the Position

As a Clinical Fellow, you'll evaluate and treat pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes while working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Completing speech and language evaluations
  • Developing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing skilled speech-language therapy services
  • Collaborating with families and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with Colorado home health regulations
  • Tracking Clinical Fellowship hours and maintaining ASHA compliance

Requirements: Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Colorado Provisional Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligible by start date)
  • Eligible to complete a Clinical Fellowship under ASHA guidelines
  • Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
