We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team.

Overview
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing products. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of dental implants and related products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Organize and store products in designated areas to optimize space and accessibility.
• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks for small packages. Carriers include, but are not limited to, UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and organized at all times.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Support, Orders, and Returns, to ensure smooth operations.
Other Duties:
• Other duties as assigned by management.
Key Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 2+ years warehouse and distribution operations experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software (preferred).
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes (preferred).
