Part-Time Finance Team Member (Hybrid)

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our part-time finance team. If you enjoy working in a supportive, team-oriented environment and take pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Accurately post payments with the appropriate pace to meet weekly processing goals
• Complete and reconcile deposits
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
• Provide general support to the finance team with various administrative and accounting tasks as assigned

Work Model:

This is a hybrid position, with a mix of remote and in-office work. In-office presence is required for certain tasks (e.g., mail sorting and deposits), so candidates should be located within commuting distance of Wilmington, DE.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Good organizational skills and time management
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience with accounting or financial systems is a plus
