Gillespie Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our GG family for our Townsend on the Parke apartment community! Potential candidates should be able to perform minor plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and landscape work as well as participate in the rotating on-call schedule. Complete basic service tasks

• Prepping apartments for new tenants
• Snow removal and/or shoveling
• Grounds maintenance
• Keep maintenance show organized
• Coordinates activities daily with the maintenance supervisor
• Performs preventative maintenance on exterior
• Works directly with vendors
• Must interact with residents in a positive and professional manner
