As a Field Service Technician specializing in Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems, you will be responsible for:
Performing maintenance, repairs, and installations for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues to ensure optimal system functionality.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all job sites.
Providing exceptional customer service, explaining services, and offering professional recommendations.
This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality work.Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Installations & Upgrades: Install, repair, and replace electrical components, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC systems as needed.
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Quickly identify and resolve electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues using diagnostic tools.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to OSHA regulations, NEC codes, and industry best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
Client Communication: Explain services, provide recommendations, and address customer concerns professionally.
Documentation: Maintain detailed service records, including work performed, materials used, and any follow-up requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure timely project completion and client satisfaction.
Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices.Job Requirements:
Valid and current licenses in Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC for the state(s) of operation.
Proven experience as a Field Service Technician, preferably in the electrical, plumbing, or HVAC industries.
Strong technical expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Ability to work independently and efficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional approach.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to travel to multiple job sites within the service area.
Physical ability to lift and transport heavy equipment while working in various conditions.Benefits:
