We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Carpenter to manage our carpentry projects and team. As the Lead Carpenter, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the carpentry team on various construction and renovation projects.

• Interpret blueprints and project specifications.

• Perform hands-on carpentry work, including framing, cabinetry, and finishing.

• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

• Train and mentor junior carpenters.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of carpentry experience, with leadership experience preferred.

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using carpentry tools.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
