Qualifications for our Residential HVAC Install Technicians:

Preferably two years residential experience, must have a good driving record and be able to pass a back-ground check and drug test.

Some of the skills we’re looking for in a Residential HVAC Install Technician:

• Installation and operational knowledge of residential forced air heating systems
• Installation and operational knowledge of residential forced air cooling systems
• Installation and operational knowledge of residential hot water heating systems
• Installation, measurement, and communication of residential duct work systems
• Water heater installation
• Regularly practice jobsite safety
• Ability to read schematics and manufacturer specs
• Address and perform work adhering to local and national codes
• Customer consultant on new system operation
• Ability to give and receive direction
• Jobsite safety expert
• Regularly practice jobsite safety
• Training of new employees on policy and procedures
• Continued training and education
