At LIFE Senior Services, we're on a mission to promote independence and improve the lives of seniors—today, tomorrow, and always. We're looking for an innovative, detail-driven professional to join our Advancement Team as the Development Data Coordinator.

Why This Role is Exciting

As the Development Data Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our fundraising and donor engagement efforts. Your work will directly support LIFE Senior Services' ability to deliver life-changing programs. This role offers the chance to flex your technical expertise, embrace emerging technologies like AI, and collaborate with a team of passionate professionals—all while helping us make a real difference in the lives of seniors.

What You'll Do

  • Steward Relationships: Create heartfelt thank-you communications and coordinate donor appreciation efforts.
  • Tell the Story: Use data to craft insightful reports that inform our fundraising strategies.
  • Innovate and Collaborate: Partner with marketing/communications to enhance donor engagement and explore cutting-edge tech solutions to elevate our processes.
  • Track Success: Monitor campaign and appeal performance, ensuring every effort is optimized for impact.
  • Build Connections: Work closely with donors and team members to ensure meaningful and timely communication.
Who We're Looking For

  • Have an eye for detail and a talent for organizing complex information.
  • Enjoy learning new technologies and uncovering smarter ways to work.
  • Communicate with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
  • Can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
  • Are driven to help others and make a difference.
What You Bring
  • Proficiency in DonorPerfect, Microsoft Office, Constant Contact, and a curiosity for AI tools.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a knack for solving problems.
  • A focus on continuous improvement—always seeking better ways to manage data and engage donors.
  • Previous experience in data management or fundraising is a plus, but a commitment to learning is essential.
The Perks
  • Work that matters: Everything you do supports seniors in living fulfilling, independent lives.
  • A collaborative team that values innovation and celebrates success.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and hands-on experience with emerging tech.

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE HAS THE SKILLS TO:

  • Keep records accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage data effectively through coding, correction, reporting, and communication.
  • Solve problems logically and tenaciously.
  • Present a positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Continue learning about current data management and evolving applications.
  • Speak politely and comfortably with all in contact through development activities.
  • Effectively organize and handle multiple projects at the same time.
