The Client Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the finance and insurance sector. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in client management or a similar role within the finance and insurance industry.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
