JOB DESCRIPTION: ASSISTANT MANAGER – CBS & WWW
**Responsibilities: **
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned geographical area for CBS & WWW .
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, consultants, contractors, including dealers, clients and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with consultants / contractors / dealer network through regular communication and visits.
- Conduct market research to understand market needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales promotion strategies.
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to dealers / retailers & potential customers.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to direct customers.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, contributing insights for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with dealers /distributors and other partners to expand market reach.
- Represent the company at events / seminars /local trade shows/ exhibitions.
**Qualifications: **
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mech / Electrical) , Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Familiarity with the products or services being offered.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
