OVERVIEW :

We are seeking a Lead Network Engineer with 10+ years of experience to architect, implement, and manage a complex enterprise network infrastructure. The role involves designing scalable and secure network solutions, leading a team of network engineers, and working closely with IT leadership to align network strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in routing, switching, security, cloud networking, and network automation.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Network Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable, high-availability network solutions for enterprise environments.

• Advanced Routing & Switching: Oversee BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VLANs, and SD-WAN deployments.

• Firewall & Security Operations: Manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and zero-trust security frameworks.

• Cloud Networking & Hybrid Solutions: Architect AWS, Azure, and GCP networking, including VPCs, Direct Connect, and ExpressRoute.

• Automation & DevOps Integration: Lead network automation using Ansible, Python, Terraform, or NetConf.

• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Implement and optimize QoS, NetFlow, and network telemetry for performance improvements.

• Incident & Problem Management: Lead troubleshooting of critical network outages, escalations, and RCA processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: 10+ years in network engineering, architecture, and leadership roles.

• Enterprise Networking Expertise: Strong experience with Cisco Nexus, Juniper, Arista, or SDN technologies.

• Security & Firewalls: Deep knowledge of Palo Alto, FortiGate, Check Point, Cisco Firepower, and network segmentation.
