· Meet with individuals and families by phone or video to understand their financial protection needs.

· Explain life insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage based on client goals.

· Build lasting client relationships through professional service and follow-up.

· Participate in ongoing training and mentorship; develop your sales and leadership skills.

· As your experience grows, explore the opportunity to build and lead your own agency.

This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor opportunity with no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Commissions are uncapped. The $80,000–$120,000 first-year figure reflects potential earnings for a productive full-time agent. Actual income varies with sales production. Agents are responsible for applicable business expenses and taxes.

· At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

· Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with clients by phone and video.

· Reliable internet access and basic computer skills.

· Ability to pass required background screening and obtain an applicable state insurance license before selling.

No insurance license yet? We provide guidance through the licensing process. Licensing and contracting may take approximately 45–60 days, depending on the state and individual circumstances. Applicants should expect upfront licensing-related expenses, which may include training, examination, and fingerprinting fees. This is not an immediate-paycheck position.
