This position demands deep technical expertise, strong decision-making under pressure, and the ability to guide and develop a team of Senior Network Analysts.
What You'll Be DoingProvision and deliver servers to customers within the delivery timeframes agreed at the point of sale;
Execute the full provisioning workflow: hardware configuration and validation, firmware updates, RAID setup, OS installation (Linux and Windows Server), network configuration, and IPMI/BMC access setup;
Run pre-delivery checks and validation to ensure every server is handed off to the customer fully functional and to standard;
Coordinate with data center teams and remote hands for physical tasks such as racking, cabling, and component swaps;
