Aviation Logistics Specialist in at TEL Staffing & HR

We are seeking an Aviation Logistics Specialist to join our team!

Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:

· Processing and ordering parts and keeping efficient stock order ratios.

· Sourcing and ordering necessary parts in support of customer and company needs.

· Overseeing incoming deliveries and notifying colleagues of received parts and communicating delays or difficulties.

· Stocking parts shelves as needed.

· Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.

· Invoicing customers.

Required skills/Abilities:

· Ability to provide accurate entry of data and ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned.

· Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision.

· Strong organization and prioritizing skills.

· Computer skills.

· Ability to multi-task.

· Excellent communication and people skills.

· Experience in invoicing and finance are a plus.

· Prior experience directly interfacing with customers.

· Prior warehouse clerical experience preferred.
