Take the lead in delivering complex architectural and construction projects while coordinating talented drafting teams in a fully remote environment. As a Project Team Leader, you will oversee project execution across multifamily residential and diverse commercial building types, ensuring that every phase progresses efficiently and meets quality standards. You will manage team workloads, coordinate technical deliverables, anticipate risks, and keep stakeholders aligned from schematic design through construction documentation. Using your expertise in Revit, Bluebeam, and construction systems, you will guide modeling, documentation, and quality control processes. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on project performance while supporting a distributed team working across a variety of building projects.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for leading project teams, coordinating technical production, and ensuring that deliverables meet project requirements, deadlines, and quality expectations. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and coordinate drafting teams across multifamily residential and commercial projects, including condominiums, office buildings, medical facilities, car dealerships, and other building types.

  • Oversee 3D modeling and documentation production throughout all design phases.

  • Manage the preparation of Permit Sets for submission to local authorities and Construction Document (CD) packages for General Contractors.

  • Review and incorporate redlines across all design phases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.

  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, escalating issues when necessary and proposing effective solutions.

  • Coordinate with design teams to monitor project progress, deliverables, resource allocation, and deadlines.

  • Maintain clear project records, structured reporting, and consistent documentation using established tools and workflows.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the team, facilitating effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) workflows to improve project accuracy and deliverable quality.

  • Monitor team productivity and support efficient onboarding and ramp-up to meet demanding project timelines.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities and consistent execution standards.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced project leader with strong technical knowledge of architectural documentation and construction processes. You should be confident managing distributed teams, coordinating complex deliverables, and maintaining high standards across multiple projects. The following qualifications are essential:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, team leadership, or project coordination.

  • Proven experience leading projects across multiple building typologies, including multifamily residential, condominiums, office buildings, medical facilities, car dealerships, and other commercial developments.

  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam.

  • Hands-on knowledge of concrete, wood framing, and steel framing construction systems.

  • Strong project management, task allocation, coordination, and team leadership capabilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks before they escalate.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

  • Advanced English proficiency.

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage several projects, teams, and competing deadlines effectively.

  • Thorough understanding of construction processes and the full project lifecycle, from Schematic Design (SD) through Construction Documents (CD).

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and lead distributed teams through clear communication and structured workflows.

Benefits
  • Full-time, fully remote opportunity.

  • Competitive compensation.

  • Flexibility to work remotely.

  • Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

  • Opportunities to contribute to projects across a diverse portfolio of more than 130 active clients in the United States.

  • Exposure to a wide range of residential and commercial building projects.

  • Collaborative environment focused on professional growth and unlocking individual potential.
