WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO US?

The Marketing Operations & Advertising Coordinator helps turn Mazergroup’s marketing strategy into organized, consistent, and measurable execution. This role coordinates integrated campaigns, corporate and branch advertising, content operations, digital publishing, agency and vendor production, brand standards, budget administration, and performance reporting.

Working closely with the Manager, Marketing Strategy & Analytics, Wholegoods Marketing Manager, Mazergroup teams, agencies, and vendors, you’ll help keep marketing initiatives moving from idea to execution while ensuring projects stay on brand, on time, and within budget!

• Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Three or more years of relevant experience in marketing operations, campaign management, advertising, communications, or a related field
• Experience managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, stakeholders, agencies, or vendors
• Experience with budgets, invoices, forecasts, and performance reporting
• Experience working with content calendars, digital marketing, email marketing, websites, social media, and paid-media coordination
• Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills
• The ability to balance changing priorities, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholder needs
• Experience in agriculture, equipment, retail, B2B marketing, or a multi-location organization is considered an asset
• A valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
