Salary: $80,000–$85,000 + Incentives | Full-time | Permanent
Plateau Early Learning Center, opening Summer 2025, invites an experienced and passionate Director to lead the creation of a nurturing, innovative childcare environment.

What You'll Do:
- Hire, coach, and inspire a team of talented teachers
- Build a safe, culturally inclusive learning environment
- Partner with families to support each child's growth
- Oversee licensing, curriculum, and accreditation processes
- Manage center operations with strong support from ownership and accounting teams
- Represent Plateau proudly within the Enumclaw community
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- 3–5 years experience in early childhood education
- 2+ years leadership or management experience
- DCYF license and MERIT registration (preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Creative, flexible, and ready to build a "dream center" from the ground up
