Plateau Early Learning Center, opening Summer 2025, invites an experienced and passionate Director to lead the creation of a nurturing, innovative childcare environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Hire, coach, and inspire a team of talented teachers
  • Build a safe, culturally inclusive learning environment
  • Partner with families to support each child's growth
  • Oversee licensing, curriculum, and accreditation processes
  • Manage center operations with strong support from ownership and accounting teams
  • Represent Plateau proudly within the Enumclaw community
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • 3–5 years experience in early childhood education
  • 2+ years leadership or management experience
  • DCYF license and MERIT registration (preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Creative, flexible, and ready to build a "dream center" from the ground up
