Manufacturing Fulfillment Associate at Infinity Production Group – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our products are prepared, packed, and shipped efficiently to meet our customers' expectations.

•Order Preparation: Assemble and verify production orders for accuracy, ensuring all components match specifications and customer requirements.
•Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of packaging materials, finished goods, and shipping supplies; coordinate replenishments as needed.
•Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies before packing to maintain top-notch standards.
•Packing & Labeling: Operate packaging machinery to securely wrap and label items, adhering to company protocols and compliance regulations.
•Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with shipping carriers to schedule timely pick-ups and resolve logistical challenges.
•Process Optimization: Propose and implement creative solutions to streamline workflows and minimize delays in fulfillment operations.
•Data Entry: Accurately document shipments, tracking numbers, and inventory adjustments in the company database.
•Team Collaboration: Assist production and warehouse teams in handling materials, managing returns, and fulfilling urgent requests.
•Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.
•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

PAY RANGE
$18-24 per hour
