The role of the PM/PA is to lead the project team under the guidance of and in collaboration with the Partner and CE in the effective and efficient delivery of a project from Programming through closeout by practicing impeccable client service. Impeccable client service is displayed through a comprehensive understanding and proven success rate with the simultaneous management of multiple project budgets, scope, schedule, and efficient staffing of project teams. Also essential to the position is a creative and flexible approach to concerns that may arise during design and construction.
Your Impact:
• Redline and coordinate floor plan backgrounds to establish appropriate structural gridlines and gridline callouts
• Redline and coordinate RCP floor plans for production staff to complete
• Redline floor plans for production staff to complete and to establish building sections to be cut
• Redline building sections and floor plans to establish appropriate wall sections to be detailed
• Redline floor plans to establish appropriate partition types. Verify partition types and material with district standards.
• Redline casework plans, elevations, door and window types, and schedules for production staff
• Redline exterior elevations as created by production staff and review with design
• Review and redline all floor plan dimensions
• Coordinate Clash Detection
• Redline review of roof plans
• Draw special Architectural elements such as “Main Entry”
• Ensure completion of redlines and review with production staff
• Coordinate and attend weekly meetings with production team and consultants
• Coordinate and attend review meetings with spec department at 50%, 75% and 95% printings.
• Coordinate with MEP for appropriate MEP spaces and redline backgrounds for production staff
• Coordinate with foodservice for appropriate space requirements for foodservice program and redline backgrounds for production staff
• Generate code review documents
• Coordinate jurisdictional meetings and submissions
• Coordinate and attend owner coordination meetings
• Coordinate specifications with Sr. PM/PM
Here's What You'll Need:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Proficient in Revit
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
Here's How You'll Stand Out:
• Architecture license
The actual offered base salary for California locations will vary depending on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, work location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role will be at or near the top half of the range provided, but the decision will be dependent on the factors of each individual case. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses in addition to base salary and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. The salary range for this position is below.
