Internship - Water/Lead Lines at City of Lancaster (PA) – Lancaster, Pennsylvania

• Distribute literature to customers
• Review pictures of service lines that customers have uploaded to the service line portal
• Prepare spreadsheets using excel
• Enter customer homes and collect data on the water service line, entering data on a tablet/laptop and taking a picture of the service line.
• Assist Bureau of Water staff with administrative duties, answer phone calls, make appointments with customers

• High school graduate
• Knowledge of Excel, preferred

• Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and propose innovative solutions.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn.
