About This Position
Role Overview
Support the Health & Wellness team in administering employee benefits and wellness initiatives, including open enrollment and Kingdom-focused programs. This position requires providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
Core Functions

Administer Benefits Programs: Manage employee inquiries and life event updates, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality across all health insurance systems and processes, including HSA and worker's compensation.

Develop and Implement Wellness Programs: Develop and promote wellness initiatives by organizing educational events, analyzing team member health data to identify needs, and coordinating engaging activities like wellness challenges, town halls, and fitness programs.

Coordinate Health Services: Collaborate with the benefits and wellness ecosystem to provide health and wellness services to our team members.

Reporting and Data-Driven Insights: Continuously seek improvement by generating and presenting data-driven insights for health and wellness initiatives, supporting leadership with actionable metrics, and staying informed on best practices.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years of experience with benefits in an organization with 100+ employees.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications

Certifications and Experience: SHRM certification, certification in employee benefits administration, and background in accounting.

Skills: Proficient in Excel and other relevant software.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Office environment.

Vision for near, mid-range, and far, with accommodations as needed; hearing for low, medium, and high pitch.

Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, and reaching above head and below waist.

Must have a current and valid driver’s license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance.

Ability to lift 5-20 pounds.
Hours and Schedule
-
Average 40 hours per week (8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday).

Occasional travel may be required.
