Job Title: Project Management II - Regional Manager
Location: Manama, Bahrain

Responsibilities

The Project Management II (Regional Manager) shall provide a Country Project Manager responsible for overseeing all FSR movements and operational issues, including the preparation and reporting of Critical Command Incident Reports (CCIR) to the COR. The government will provide the required CCIR format.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with support personnel and report to government leadership.

• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong documentation and writing abilities.

• Experience with the equipment supported under the contract.

• Proficient in using computer-based project management tools.

• Excellent organizational, planning, time management, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask as needed.

Qualifications

• An Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable).

• Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.

• Up to ten (10) years of experience in systems development and engineering required.

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a military environment.

• At least five (5) years of management experience.

• Able to travel to support mission up to 50%.
