Restoration Technician
Location: Austin, TX
Type: Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt
Reports to: Mitigation Project Manager
Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Restoration Technician to join our field team. You’ll respond to water, fire, mold, and other property damage emergencies—helping restore homes and businesses back to pre-loss condition. This is a field-based role (daily travel within and around the Austin area) requiring reliability, physical endurance, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do

• Perform demolition, cleanup, and restoration work on water/fire/mold-affected properties
• Operate drying and extraction equipment (e.g. air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture meters)
• Document work with notes and photos using job management software
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as needed
• Maintain clean workspaces and company vehicles
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in restoration, construction, or related field preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• IICRC WRT/ASD certifications preferred
