We are a seeking a Takeout Specialist to join our support team at Carmine's. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant and courteous demeanor with experience handling multi-line phones, taking phone orders, sales experience and cash handling. Must be very personable, patient, organized, detailed oriented and accurate with money. This is a fun, fast paced position with the opportunity to make great tips!

Your Role with Us:

• As our take-out specialist, taking orders accurately, placing, and preparing our guests to-go orders; It will involve interacting with guests both in person and on the phone as well as working with third party delivery services.
• Works directly with the Catering Sales Manager to ensure great catering experiences.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, engaging the guest about both Carmine's and Virgil's locations and inviting them back again for Special Events and Catering experiences.
• Daily tasks will include managing transactions amongst other duties as assigned.
• Works alongside the delivery team and assisting with delivery orders and making sure they are packaged correctly.
