Team Administrator: Cost Analysis at SGA Design Group – Tulsa, Oklahoma

SGA Design Group is seeking a proactive team player to join us in our Tulsa office as a Team Administrator. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team that provides architectural services for major brands across the country. You'll be working with other professionals on ground-up buildings, remodels, and special projects.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Primary responsibilities include budget to actual variance analysis for architectural projects and determining over/under status.
  • Monitoring change requests (CR's) and when needed, assisting in recovering funds.
  • Coordinating with client and consultants to ensure narratives match invoicing.
  • Monitoring team member's billable time to ensure coding accuracy.
  • Coordinating with team members on anticipated billable time, and applying it to existing budgets.
• Other support functions include manage RFI's; editing specifications; managing schedules; tracking contracts, submittals and requests for information; coordinating staff communication; typing change orders; creating and maintaining various filing systems; assisting in creating proposals; project uploads; and other tasks as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications

• EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalency.
• EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an accounting or administrative role, preferably in an architecture or engineering firm. Candidate must also have proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• SKILLS: Ideal candidate will be motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, good computer skills, and can work independently and/or in a team environment.
