Part Time (Friday only) Cleaner at J S McCarthy Packaging & Print – Augusta, Maine

This person focuses on cleaning our production area once per week, doing custodial tasks such as:

- Trash removal

- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and polishing floors

- Dusting

- Cleaning desks and work surfaces

- Cleaning restrooms, washing and sanitizing surfaces

- Restocking supplies in restrooms and in areas such as hand sanitizer stations

- Using custodial equipment

- Keeping an inventory of cleaning products

- Keeping accurate records of cleaning activities in compliance with our SQF program

- Other duties as assigned

This person must have the ability to follow instructions and work independently. The ideal candidate is a self starter who can recognize additional needs beyond what is on the list for that date.

This position works once per week, ideally Friday, between 8am and 5pm.
