We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Demolition Superintendent to lead and manage our concrete cutting and coring operations. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with deep technical expertise and a passion for precision demolition work.
Essential Duties:
- Operate a full range of concrete cutting equipment, including:
- SOG electric and diesel saws
- Wall saws
- Coring rigs
- Wire saws
- Other specialized demolition tools
- Meet with clients to assess project needs and provide detailed cost estimates.
- Manage and schedule small demolition crews to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Oversee inventory and maintenance of all cutting equipment and accessories.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager to align manpower and project schedules.
- Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 7–10+ years of direct experience in concrete cutting and coring.
- Proven ability to operate a wide range of concrete demolition equipment.
- Strong leadership and crew management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Experience in estimating and project planning.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- OSHA 30 Certification -Preferred
- Ability to operate heavy-duty vehicles -Preferred
- Experience with digital estimating tools or project management software-Preferred
