We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Demolition Superintendent to lead and manage our concrete cutting and coring operations. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with deep technical expertise and a passion for precision demolition work.

Essential Duties:

1. Operate a full range of concrete cutting equipment, including:
2. SOG electric and diesel saws
3. Wall saws
4. Coring rigs
5. Wire saws
6. Other specialized demolition tools
7. Meet with clients to assess project needs and provide detailed cost estimates.
8. Manage and schedule small demolition crews to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
9. Oversee inventory and maintenance of all cutting equipment and accessories.
10. Coordinate with the Operations Manager to align manpower and project schedules.
11. Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. 7–10+ years of direct experience in concrete cutting and coring.
2. Proven ability to operate a wide range of concrete demolition equipment.
3. Strong leadership and crew management skills.
4. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
5. Experience in estimating and project planning.
6. Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
7. OSHA 30 Certification -Preferred
8. Ability to operate heavy-duty vehicles -Preferred
9. Experience with digital estimating tools or project management software-Preferred
