Registered Nurse Cardiovascular Imaging Clinician at Columbus Regional Health – Columbus, Indiana

What you need to know about this position:

• The Registered Nurse Cardiovascular Imaging Clinician is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of competent, evidence-based care, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• The Registered Nurse Imaging Clinician participates in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance the patient plan of care, achieve outcomes and enhance operational efficiency.
• The Registered Nurse with certificate adheres to the American Nurses Association Scope of Standards of Professional Nursing and the Code of Ethics for Nurses. Performs imaging duties as allowed under a Limited Radiology License.
• The base hourly rate for this position is $30.40. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
• This PRN position is not benefit-eligible but offers a premium for hours worked, and the scheduled hours depend on the needs of the department and our patients.

What is required for this position:

Education and/or Experience

• Associate of Nursing (ASN) or equivalent required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations

• Indiana Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Registered Nurse License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required.
• Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) or Limited X-ray Machine Operator (LXMO) license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
