Schedule: Full-Time | Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hiring Range: $28.77 - $38.21 per hour

The Puyallup Tribal Health Authority (PTHA) is seeking a a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) to join our dedicated Medical Lab team. What You’ll Do:

As a Medical Lab Technician (MLT), you will perform a variety of tasks including:

  • Perform moderate to high-complexity lab tests with precision and care
  • Ensure high-quality control by maintaining accurate records and adhering to lab standards
  • Apply your phlebotomy skill sand knowledge of medical lab science in a collaborative team setting
  • Support continuous improvement through maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality assurance

What You Bring:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Lab Technician (MLT) program -OR- 50-week military MLT program
  • MA Phlebotomist Certification (or ability to obtain within first 4 months)
  • BLS Certification

Relevant Medical Lab experience depending on level:

  • MLT I: Entry-level with completed laboratory clinical rotation
  • MLT II: MLT Certification and (2) years experience as Medical Lab generalist
