Hillternity Marketing partners with charitable organizations to help deliver essential supplies to children in need. As a Community Engagement Representative, you’ll be the face of our mission at public venues — sparking conversations, inspiring support, and guiding donors through the giving process.

Your Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit initiatives at events, pop-ups, and community hubs across Delaware
• Start conversations and educate the public about how they can help
• Assist donors in completing contributions or sign-up forms
• Track your outreach results and strive toward personal milestones
• Collaborate in an upbeat, team-oriented atmosphere

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Access to reliable transportation is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive, proactive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Comfortable working on your feet and speaking with the public
• Experience in customer service, outreach, or event roles is helpful but not required
