• 💵 Starting at $21.00/hour and up – based on experience
• ⏰ 24–32 hours per week to start, with potential for more as we expand doctor days

• A friendly, dependable RDA with a current California RDA license
• Willingness to obtain an Orthodontic Assistant (OA) permit if not already certified (we’ll support you!)
• BLS/CPR Certified (We’ll cover your renewal!)
• Experience with dental software – Open Dental is a big plus!
• A team player with a great attitude and strong communication skills
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment
• A passion for helping others and always willing to learn
