Schedule: Mon/Tues 10am–7pm Wed/Thurs 9am-6pm Fri 8:30am-5:30pm

What You’ll Do

As a Collections Specialist in our Multi-Housing Division, you’ll be a trusted partner for apartment communities, helping clients recover debts while maintaining positive relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and collect outstanding multi-housing accounts receivable

• Contact former residents and negotiate repayment terms

• Resolve disputes related to rental balances, evictions, lease breaks, and property

damages

• Analyze account histories to determine next steps

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of 3rd-party collections experience (multi-housing preferred)

• Knowledge of lease violations, and landlord-tenant disputes a plus

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively

• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
