Oasis Treatment is an integrated behavioral health organization offering trauma-informed care for individuals experiencing substance use disorder, mental health challenges, and co-occurring needs. With multiple locations across Oregon, we provide accessible, culturally responsive care through high-intensity outpatient (HIOP), intensive outpatient (IOP), outpatient, psychiatric services, peer mentoring, and access to recovery housing. • Support clients through trauma-informed, person-centered services
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including peers, therapists, prescribers, and leadership
• Help drive outcomes-based care and ensure fidelity to the highest clinical standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a culture of quality and compliance

• Relevant certification or licensure based on role (QMHA, CADC, LCSW, etc.)
• Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or related social services
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
