About This Position
Position: Split Role – Sales & Front Desk/AYS Agent
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Holidays: Some holiday shifts will be requiredJob Summary
This split position combines responsibilities from both the Sales department and the Front Desk/At Your Service (AYS) team.
Front Desk/AYS Agent Responsibilities:
Greet and register guests, providing prompt and courteous service.
Answer incoming calls, respond to GXP chats, and take room service orders.
Make same-day reservation changes and close out guest accounts upon checkout.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Sales Responsibilities:
Handle all wedding block inquiries and provide accurate information regarding availability, rates, and policies.
Award Bonvoy Event Planner Points.
Act as CI/TY lead catcher for the Sales Team.
Minimum of two (2) years of related guest service experience.
Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred.
General Duties
Daily use of operating systems: GXP, Mobile Platform, FSPMS, CI/TY, and MARSHA.
Answer and route incoming phone calls.
Coordinate room service orders with the restaurant.
Coordinate with the Sales Team on reservation changes or updates.
Manage VIP amenities.
Create new reservations and assist with pre-arrival planning for both day-of and future reservations.
Perform light operational tasks (cleaning keys, preparing pet welcome bags, etc.).
Data entry into the Sales system.
Generate and maintain reports.
Sales-Focused Duties
Communicate with clients regarding wedding blocks via phone, email, or in person.
Serve as CI/TY Lead Catcher for the Sales Team.
Post group pickup reports for resorts.
Attend resume meetings, present resumes, and collect VIP/resume data.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
In addition to performing key responsibilities, candidates for this position should possess a combination of the following skills and experience:
Experience with property management software, such as FSPMS and CI/TY (preferred).
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to work cohesively and collaboratively within a team.
Sound judgment and logical decision-making skills, with the ability to assess situations and utilize appropriate resources.
Self-directed, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
