We are currently recruiting for a Market Outreach Manager.
What you will do in the position:
- Market Outreach & Development
- Business Development lead for all outreach activities directly to Consultants. Prepare and deliver technical drawings, supporting materials and boms for future projects. Specific focus on Theme Parks and Cruise line customers.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) on higher‑end technical pre‑sales activities, including system design consultations, technical demonstrations, drawings, and solution design work, supporting key customer relationships within top‑tier markets.
- Defines market needs and the relevant communication solutions with existing product portfolio for addressing the market(s); develop and/or refine existing presentation materials for expressing these solutions.
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with key constituents such as customers, Partners, industry consultants, and other market influencers; provide focused training for these groups as called for in collaboration with Sales.
- Serve as an internal subject matter resource for RSMs and rep firms by developing and delivering product group training, technical enablement sessions, and sales education in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Specific focus on serving the Consultant segment – both tactically (training that group) and strategically (targeting them for our messages).
- New Product and Future Solutions Development
- Provides expert input to Product Management and/or Engineering leads.
- Participates as an active member of the CC Futures Committee to share insights into up-and-coming technology trends for the markets we serve.
- Marketing
- Cooperates with MarComm to drive marketing communication plan to promote Clear-Com in the marketplace.
- Develop externally facing marketing and technical content including videos, white papers, technical sales presentations, and other communications (e.g., podcasts or market‑focused media) to support Clear‑Com’s market positioning, thought leadership, and product storytelling.
- Writes, produces, records and manages marketing content for Clear-Com products.
- Advises Marketing on how to develop, promote and advertise competitive advantages
What you will need to succeed:
- Qualifications
- Ability to act independently and exercise good judgment and discretion.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Ability to analyze large amount of market data to formulate strategy and tactical plans.
- Knowledge of intercom, audio and voice communications technologies and understand it’s unique characteristics.

The posted pay range, $112,700 - $150,200, is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
