About This Position

Summary: The Human Resource Generalist position is an integral member of the Human Resources team and will, at the assigned location(s), support and coordinate the day-to-day functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including, but not limited to, recruiting and interviewing staff, coordinating new hire processes relating to onboarding, pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Responsibilities: The following list of responsibilities is not all inclusive, additional projects and/or tasks may be assigned to meet operational needs. JTS retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position should operational needs warrant.
