This is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-growing, remote-first technology organization, responsible for designing and scaling sales and partner enablement programs. You will lead the creation of onboarding, certification, and value-selling frameworks for account executives, SDRs, and partner teams, ensuring teams are equipped to execute consistently and effectively. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, including instructional design, program management, and cross-functional collaboration. Success in this role directly accelerates ramp time, improves deal outcomes, and strengthens partner relationships across multiple regions and segments. You will operate in a fast-moving environment where clarity, measurement, and scalability are key. - Design, implement, and manage sales onboarding, certification, and enablement programs for AEs, SDRs, and partner teams
- Build and maintain instructional design standards for live, virtual, and on-demand curriculum
- Own enablement tools and resources (LMS, CMS, content hubs) to ensure accessibility, measurement, and adoption
- Develop and implement value-selling frameworks, Sales handbooks, and playbooks to guide consistent GTM execution
- Lead cross-functional enablement initiatives, including GTM events, pipeline-focused workshops, and partner accreditation programs
- Measure and analyze program effectiveness, using insights to continuously improve content, delivery, and adoption
- Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Partner teams, translating complex concepts into actionable learning programs
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, GTM Programs, or related leadership roles in B2B SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity or infrastructure
- Demonstrated success building and scaling onboarding and certification programs for AEs and SDRs across multiple segments or regions
- Strong instructional design skills and hands-on experience creating high-impact curricula and facilitating sessions
- Experience with enablement and learning tools (LMS platforms, content hubs, Gong or similar conversation intelligence tools)
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging frontline reps and senior GTM leadership
- Proven program management ability: intake, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and outcome tracking
- Preferred: experience in partner enablement, complex sales cycles, early-stage or high-growth company environments, and implementing value-selling frameworks
- Competitive base salary: $149,000 - $185,000 annually, with equity options for all full-time employees
