Regional Operations Director at Specialty Smile Partners – East Greenbush, New York

Position Title: Regional Operations Director

Reports to: CEO

Salary: Annual base salary of $125-175k (depending on experience) plus 10% annual bonus potential

Relocation Available: Must live in Albany, NY area; territory includes upstate NY and FL

Direct Reports: Practice Manager, District Manager, Regional Support Roles

Job Classification: Full time- Exempt, Monday- Friday. Weekend and evening work is required occasionally.

Travel: Frequent travel to regions of support and to the support center

Position Overview

The Regional Operations Director is an integral member of the operations team, working closely with the Vice President of Operations to meet the needs of the assigned practice teams. This role directs and oversees business operations within their territory, including practice operations support to all functional areas, business planning activities, and management of expenses. Regional Director of Operations will lead an assigned territory of 10+ full time teams comprised of multiple distinct entities.
