Job Overview:

• Company: Cincinnati Glass LLC.
• Salary/Pay Rate: $27 - $32 per hour (Based on experience) plus Performance Bonus.
• Location: Cleves, Ohio (Travel Projects with per diem).

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends.

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Execute the precise fabrication and layout of complex storefront and curtain wall systems.
• Direct the installation of high-end glass components and break metal cladding on commercial sites.
• Coordinate daily field operations to ensure all specialized caulking and finishing meet elite standards.
• Mentor junior team members in technical glazing workflows to foster a culture of professional growth.
• Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and safety protocols to ensure profitable project delivery.
• Interface with project stakeholders to resolve on-site logistical challenges and technical discrepancies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial glazing and glass installation.
• Proven expertise in fabricating and installing curtain walls and storefront systems.
• Demonstrated ability to install break metal cladding and perform professional-grade caulking.
• Willingness to travel for specific project assignments and work weekend schedules as needed.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in reading architectural blueprints and glass shop drawings.
• Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role within a commercial field environment.
• Advanced knowledge of industrial glazing techniques and specialized hardware installation.
