Job Summary: Redhills is a permanent supportive housing community dedicated to providing stable and reliable housing for low-income and at risk individuals. Our goal is to offer a safe environment for our residents while offering supported services to the property management company.
The Front Desk Staff serve as a role model for the Switchpoint model, embodying our culture and values. By leading through example, they foster a positive and productive environment for both staff and tenants. The Front Desk Staff works to enhance tenant satisfaction while ensuring compliance with facility rules and capabilities.
Requirements:Job Responsibilities:
- Understand and implement switchpoint’s mission and values and adhere to all policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests of the facility
- Keep a daily log of all occurrences within the facility for each shift
- Actively listen to the needs of the residents and act to meet those needs appropriately.
- Report any resident concerns to case management and management.
- Complete perimeter checks around the building and walk-throughs in the building to ensure the safety and security of residents. Report to management and document any concerns.
- Handle security issues/complaints by involving either non-emergency dispatch or 911 for emergency/criminal services
- Make sure all visitors have checked in/out of property
- Make sure all visitors are off property by curfew
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Previous experience working with homeless/mental illness individuals is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of domestic violence, mental health, and substance abuse issues
- Exhibits a positive and compassionate attitude, sensitivity, and the ability to work well with others in a close residential setting.
- Model positive behavior, appropriate boundaries, and the ability to use sound judgment during times of crisis.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Docs

Compensation
Pay range between $16-$18/hour DOE
