Hiring Construction Laborers with a valid CDL license immediately in Belton, MO! The Construction Laborer is responsible for the installation of CIPP for various municipal, industrial, storm and sewer line rehab and repair projects. This position must be capable of working with minimal oversite while still following instructions closely.
Starting pay is $37.45 per hour.

What You’ll Do:
- Repair various types of sewer lines by using a specific product and process
- Ensure pull-in tube is properly prepared for installation by examining D-Rings, chains and attachment to pulling cable
- Install prepared tube using a winch, backhoe, crane or other appropriate material
- Monitor gauges, dials or other indicators to ensure equipment is working properly
- Cure resin product using an inflation tube, banding boots, layflat, boiler hose, etc.
- Learn/train on Insituform’s products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques and equipment
- Drive various vehicles (pickup trucks to tractor-trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment
- Perform set up and clean up tasks at jobsite/shop
What We Need From You:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience as a Construction Laborer and /or Installation Technician highly preferred
- OSHA certifications are a plus
- Valid driver’s license required with clean motor vehicle report
- Must possess a Class A or B CDL and be aligned with Insituform’s motor vehicle standards (Hazmat endorsement is preferred but not required)
- Must be able to wear respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
- Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery powered or electric tools
- Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
- Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state)
