As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining facility systems while also ensuring strong organization, documentation, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

This is a hands-on position with ownership and is ideal for someone who can troubleshoot issues, keep systems running, and maintain the structure needed to support compliance and growth. This role is best suited for a technician who is comfortable balancing hands-on facility work with basic administrative and coordination responsibilities.

Duties include:

Facility Operations

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime
  • Maintain facility readiness in a cGMP manufacturing environment
  • Support inspections, audits, and overall safety compliance

Administration & Coordination

  • Maintain work orders, maintenance logs, and service records
  • Track and manage preventative maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Support audit-ready documentation (OSHA, cGMP, internal standards)
  • Assist with inventory tracking for parts and supplies

Expansion Support

  • Support facility growth initiatives, including equipment installations, layout changes, and infrastructure updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors during expansion projects
  • Help build and maintain systems and processes as operations scale

Final candidate will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, as condition of employment in a GMP-regulated facility.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of facility maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Experience coordinating vendors and overseeing contractors
  • Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical)
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and resolve issues independently
  • Proficient with computers, including work order systems, maintenance tracking, and basic reporting (Excel or similar)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Working knowledge of safety and compliance standards (e.g., OSHA)
  • Experience supporting facility growth, expansion, or scaling operations
  • Experience in cGMP or other regulated environments a plus
