Four Seasons is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Westland, MI. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Provide direct patient care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in medical records.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Adhere to all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures.

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of Michigan.
• Proven experience as an LPN in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
