Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily operations of the senior living community
-Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
-Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance resident satisfaction and community growth
-Manage budgets and financial plans to achieve operational goals
-Lead and mentor staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
-Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure residents receive high-quality care
-Handle resident and family inquiries, concerns, and feedback
-Plan and execute community events and activities to enrich resident experiences
Requirements:
-Previous experience in a senior living or healthcare management role
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Ability to manage budgets and financial plans effectively
-Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to senior living facilities
-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-Compassionate and empathetic with a commitment to resident care
-Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
