Job Responsibilities:
- Remove and install injection molds according to production requirements.
- Prepare molds for service, including cleaning, inspection, and setup.
- Document all mold maintenance, repairs, and modifications in accordance with company standards.
- Troubleshoot mechanical systems on presses and support equipment.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas required for mechanical repair and maintenance.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production priorities to ensure asset readiness.
- Perform daily tooling and machine troubleshooting to support uninterrupted operations.
- Request schedule adjustments when necessary to meet maintenance or production needs.
- Load press programs and initialize production runs.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by Management.
Job Qualifications:
- Must pass pre?employment drug screening and background check.
- Must sign confidentiality and non?compete agreements.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP systems preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
- English fluency in reading and writing.
Salary Range:
$25-$27 per/hr
