Job Responsibilities:

• Remove and install injection molds according to production requirements.
• Prepare molds for service, including cleaning, inspection, and setup.
• Document all mold maintenance, repairs, and modifications in accordance with company standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems on presses and support equipment.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas required for mechanical repair and maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production priorities to ensure asset readiness.
• Perform daily tooling and machine troubleshooting to support uninterrupted operations.
• Request schedule adjustments when necessary to meet maintenance or production needs.
• Load press programs and initialize production runs.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by Management.

Job Qualifications:

• Must pass pre?employment drug screening and background check.
• Must sign confidentiality and non?compete agreements.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• English fluency in reading and writing.

Salary Range:

$25-$27 per/hr
