We are pleased to be recruiting to fill several positions for Behavioral Health Therapists in a variety of capacities.

The Positions

Therapists serving our Behavioral Health Adult ACCESS and Adult Therapy Teams provide clinical services to adults in our community through assessment, engagement, and therapeutic support. While both roles collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team, each position has a distinct focus.

Adult ACCESS Team Therapist
The ACCESS Team serves as the primary entry point to services. Therapists in this role focus on outreach, screening, and assessment to connect individuals with appropriate care. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting outreach, engagement, screenings, and clinical intake assessments in the clinic, field, and community settings
  • Establishing diagnoses and coordinating referrals to appropriate services
  • Providing brief therapeutic interventions when needed
  • Crisis intervention, case management, and documentation of services
  • Building collaborative relationships with community partners

Adult Therapy Team Therapist
Therapists on the Adult Therapy Team provide ongoing outpatient treatment to adults receiving services through the behavioral health clinic. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing psychotherapy and therapeutic skill-building interventions
  • Supporting clients in stabilizing and reducing symptoms of severe mental illness
  • Participating in multidisciplinary care with case managers, nurses, and psychiatrists
  • Crisis intervention, care coordination, and documentation of services

Services in both roles are provided in collaboration with the clinical team and community partners. We value individuals who demonstrate compassion, strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and effective time management. The work is dynamic and collaborative, requiring flexibility, creativity, and a sense of humor.
