Field Supervisor at Weiser Security – Buena Park, California

Reports to: Branch Manager

Job Summary:

This position involves visiting accounts and ensuring Security Officers are following Company policies, procedures and Post Orders.

This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee. He or she will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his or her supervisor in order to maintain an efficiently run office.

Essential Functions:

· Follow all Weiser Security Services, Inc. policies and procedures.

· Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.

· Aids in recruiting applicants for open positions.

· Report all violations of Company policies, procedures and Post Orders to the Account Manager and/or Branch Manager.

· Assist Branch Manager with writing post orders.

· Work posts when understaffed.

· Train and retrain Security Officers as needed.

· Visit sites and Security Officers to ensure they are following company policy, have licenses, and following Post Orders.

Additional Responsibilities:

May assist in uniform distribution as well as help to find solutions to operational problems.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Ability to maintain effective working relationships with management and Security Officers.

· Ability to deal tactfully with the public.

Minimum Requirements:

· High School Graduate or GED

· Must be 21 years of age.

· Clean Criminal Record.

· Clean driving record

· 1-3 years Supervisor experience

· Able to obtain a State license when applicable.
