About This Position

Omnia Exterior Solutions is building a unified, data-driven marketing function to elevate the performance of our local roofing brands. While each company operates within its own market, we see an opportunity to improve marketing efficiency, lead quality, and return on spend by introducing regional performance leadership.

The Regional Performance Marketing Manager bridges the gap between local execution and centralized strategy. This role brings structure, measurement, and experimentation to local marketing — ensuring every dollar spent contributes to profitable growth. You will act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on problem solver, helping each brand grow smarter through data, testing, and continuous optimization.

  • Own marketing performance and ROI for 3–4 Omnia-owned roofing businesses
  • Manage and optimize local marketing budgets to align with profitability goals
  • Partner with Omnia’s central agency to guide paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
  • Design and execute marketing experiments across digital, local, and traditional media
  • Lead creative and landing page testing to improve conversion rates and lead quality
  • Document experiments including hypotheses, methodology, results, and key learnings
  • Conduct data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL (or similar tools)
  • Build and manage an experimentation roadmap across channels and local tactics
  • Develop frameworks to measure impact of local efforts such as events and sponsorships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data, creative, and operations teams
  • Stay current on marketing trends and emerging growth opportunities
  • Present insights and performance recommendations to leadership and local GMs

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance channels
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (SQL experience preferred)
  • Experience designing and interpreting multi-channel marketing experiments
  • Proven success managing and optimizing marketing budgets
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, payback period)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
  • Collaborative, cross-functional mindset
  • Curiosity-driven, test-and-learn mentality
